If you wish to make a complaint about NHS treatment, please note that it must be made within 12 months of receiving treatment. If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was handled, you can contact NHS England at 0300 311 22 33, which oversees NHS dental services. Alternatively, you may wish to reach out to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO).
The PHSO makes the final decision on complaints that remain unresolved by NHS England. You can call them at 0345 015 4033 or use the PHSO's secure online form to submit your complaint.
